The XXXVI Irrigation National Congress was held in Valladolid on 5th - 7th June 2018. The latest results from researches in irrigation hydrology, water management  and environmental effects were the main addressed topics.

In May, CESBIO team gave a presentation of their research activities at a dissemination seminar. In particular, they presented the SENSAGRI project and the results of crop mapping (WP5) and crop modelling (WP6).

The LPVE2018, that took place from 27 February to 01 March 2018, joined vegetation products and validation experts and Sentinel-2 and 3 users. This contribution related to SENSAGRI project were submitted by the University of Valencia (Spain):

The SENSAGRI Sentinel-2 LAI green/brown product: algorithm development, validation and mapping E. Amin, J.Verrelst, J. P. Rivera, A. Ruiz-Verdú, N. Pasqualotto, J. Moreno.

      

The Copernicus for Agriculture Workshop, that took place 5 February 2018, Brussels, addressed the possible role of the private (downstream) sector for possible solutions, integrating Copernicus data and Copernicus services´ information, in support of the agricultural end-users at the different levels: international, European and Member States' level. The SENSAGRI project was presented by Virginia Puzzolo, REA (pdf).

      

ITACyL will present SENSAGRI in the 52nd Pantha Rei conference, that will take place from 25 to 27 October 2017 in El Escorial (Spain).

Also ITACyL will participate in the MARS conference to be celebrated from 28 to 29 November 2017 in Gormanston, County Meath (Ireland).
