59th Scientific Session of the Institute of Plant Protection
The 59th Scientific Session of the Institute of Plant Protection – National Research Institute (IPP – NRI) in Poznań, took place on 12–14 February 2019. The contribution of IPP from SENSAGRI project includes the oral presentation "Spectral data obtained from the satellite and drones as know-how element of modern agriculture" and a poster titled "Use of spectral detention systems for evaluate conditions of cereal plants as affected of weed entity and variability of crop density".
7th Copernicus Users Forum
The SENSAGRI project was presented by the University of Valencia in the 7th Copernicus User Forum held in Madrid on December 10th. Particularly, the SENSAGRI team participated in the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and water management session.
MARS Conference
IREA and ITACyL will attend the 24th MARS Conference on 21st - 22nd November in Dubrovnik (Croatia).
7th International Workshop on Retrieval of Bio- & Geo-physical Parameters from SAR Data for Land Applications
This workshop addressed the use of SAR data for classification and change detection within the framework of land use and applications such as agriculture, forestry or soil moisture. IREA contributed by presenting their work related to identification of soil tillage change by time series of S1 and S2.
INSPIRE Conference
SENSAGRI was presented at the 2018 INSPIRE Conference in Antwerp (Belgium), with a focus on sharing information on Europe's environment and monitoring the natural resources using geospatial data.
